As you can imagine, service calls come in all varieties, from the quick fixes to the ones that require on-site visits. No matter what the issue, you shouldn’t have to wait around all day to get your computer fixed. Through our remote support program Your Guy can connect to your computer through your web browser and address the issue remotely (so no travel time to your site is required). If it can’t be fixed remotely, Your Guy will head over to your location within 4 hours.

Easy To Understand Fee Structure
We don’t want to confuse you with complicated contracts. At Confluent-IT, all our contracts are clear and simple. There are never any extra fees for travel time and all remote service is covered under our monthly contracts.
We have a couple basic options:
- Pay per hour / Incident – One of your options is to pay an hourly rate per incident that happens.
- Flat low monthly rate per piece of equipment – Our most preferred option for clients is to pay a low flat monthly fee per piece of equipment they would like covered. If there happens to be an incident, all work is covered by this flat monthly fee. No additional fees or surprises; what you see is what you get.
