Even though we are a smaller agency, Doug and Jason have always been attentive to our needs – usually responding the same day. As a Trade Association, our connection to the internet and the ability to have functioning technology is a must. We are constantly sending and receiving emails from Association members, Congressional members and staffers as well as keeping up-to-date with the news on the Hill. Our corporate headquarters is not local and we do not have on-site IT staff. So if we have any issues that cannot be done over the phone, Jason Hedges from Confluent is our go-to guy.

As a Casework Manager for a U.S. Congressional District Office, I had among my tasks the role of computer operations manager. Having a limited knowledge about computers, I relied heavily on Jason Hedges at Confluent to help me resolve our office computer issues. Jason very patiently and diligently walked me through simple procedures; however when the task became too complex, he signed on to our computers and very efficiently and quickly resolved the problems.
Our office had, in the past, contracted with larger national companies for our computer support work. We found that when we switched to Confluent, our service became much more personalized and readily available. Unlike the larger companies, Jason and his associates were always available to assist us. Jason also took the time to work with the House of Representatives and the other data base technical support staff to solve intricate issues. When our computers or laptops crashed, we sent them to Confluent and received them back in record time.
